Kombucha is a fermented tea beverage dating back thousands of years. Tea and sugar are fermented with something called a SCOBY to produce a slightly acidic tasting drink which is naturally effervescent.

Yes, Kombucha is safe for children, just remember, children are smaller than adults therefore their servings should be smaller also.

Kombucha is a living drink so the cultures from the SCOBY are present throughout. We filter our drinks before bottling, if a new SCOBY were to form, don’t worry, this is perfectly normal and a good indication that your Kombucha is healthy and living. If the SCOBY isn’t your thing simply filter out.

We recommend starting with a half glass a day and slowly build yourself up. Moderation is the key.
